In the event you desire to return a product(s) (that's not a sale item), you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to initiate the return online. After we have approved your return, you have (30) days to send it back or we will no longer accept the return. In order to return a product for a refund and/or exchange, the product must be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage (including perfumes/odors, makeup/deodorant stains), or alterations. We will gladly replace defective, items that arrived not as described, and products that do not have confirmed delivery through USPS to the correct shipping address. If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact us via email at Support@janethreads.co or on Facebook Messenger.
***Please send all packages back via United States Post Office. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes***
RA #s are required for every single item in your return. If you do not include your RA number(s) inside your package, you are not eligible for a refund. JaneThreads is not responsible for returning merchandise to you that is received without an RA number. JaneThreads is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers' responsibility. We suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number (ie USPS). No returns will be accepted if they have been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay to return postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

To process an exchange simply purchase the new product(s) you want in a new order on Janethreads.co and return the unwanted product(s) to our store address (must be within 30 days of receiving the package) with the packing slip. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise and should credit back to your account within 7-14 business days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
